Gorima’s Chicken Livers


1kg livers of your choice sliced thinly

1 tsp vinegar

2 tsp ginger garlic

1 tbsp Mayonnaise

3 tbsp All-purpose masala

1 cup oil

3 tbsp Mrs M Peri Peri sauce


  1. Marinate above with livers.
  2. Fry in oil on low heat till cooked.
  3. Add Mrs M Peri Peri Sauce
