Currently, deliveries are only couriered via a third-party logistics company to a physical address within the borders of the Republic of South Africa. A flat rate of R161.00 applies to all deliveries. Orders over R1000.00 will receive free delivery at the checkout point.

Our online site accepts payments made via a Direct Bank Transfer and PayGate via Visa and MastercardN.B. Orders paid via a direct bank transfer may take between 24-48 hours to reflect, thereafter will orders only move to the processed stage.

Online orders are shipped within 5 to 7 working days, subject to stock availability, and only apply to items accordingly identified on the online store. Orders placed on a Friday will be processed and delivered in the following week. Express delivery will incur additional courier charges please contact the online division on 031 207 3486 to arrange faster turnaround times.

No, we do not deliver outside the borders of South Africa, however, if you still wish to place an order for delivery abroad, you will need to arrange with our online store and your own courier service.

All our online orders are packed and shipped through our Springfield store, which is situated at 63 Willowfield Crescent, Springfield Park, Durban. We offer the option to collect your order from THIS store only.
