How To Boil Lamees Rice:
Ingredients:
Cup Gorima’s Lamees Rice
5 Cups of normal water
7 Cups boiling water
1/2 Tsp Himalayan salt
Method:
Soak rice for 1 hour
Rinse 4 times through water
In a deep pot; Add boiling water & salt. Boil for 7 minutes,
Strain through a colander,
Rinse with cold water,
Add back to the pot and steam for 3 minutes.
Remove and Serve.
